Earlier today Geoff Keighley announced that Summer Game Fest 2022 will be premiering on June 9th, alongside his tweet he posted a trailer that shown quite a few different games, including none other than Sonic Frontiers! Summer Game Fest will also be streaming in select IMAX theaters, so if you live near one you can experience Summer Game Fest on the big screen! I'm speculating that we'll be getting a release date announcement as well as some game play footage. Sonic Frontiers is the first open world Sonic title set to be released sometime this Holiday season and was announced during last year's The Game Awards event.
